The girl who was identified as Bimpe is said to be a 100 level student in the institution whose only crime was accusing some other girls of sleeping around for Iphones. One male and the other accused females numbering up to four ganged up against her beating her up with pipe and a cord.
The male student who has been identified as Obalolu in 300 level is said to be facing the school panel presently for what could possibly lead to expulsion while the other girls might bag one year suspension each.
In a screenshot from a message sent to other students, a student identified as Ultima Enterprise was quoted as saying "Good evening guys, The dean of students has identified the girls and the guy. The guy is currently facing panel in school here. While the girl was beaten up because she has told the girls that they were sleeping around for the Iphones. Currently, the case is most decided. The boy is getting expulsion! The girls, suspension for a year, at least while they sign a letter of undertaking for the EWM girl. Thank you to everyone that pulled their weight! God bless class 23 for immediate action."
The videos of the assault which is currently trending on the social media has sparked several conversations as the victim is said to be recuperating in the hospital.
